What's in Sir Olli's Breads?

Flour, water, salt, yeast, butter / oil, sugar - and that's it! We produce our breads locally and they are not kept on store shelves. Hence we don't add any preservatives. We like the natural taste, texture and color of bread, hence no additives required!
