Our breads are not '30-minute delivery'.

For Regular Breads, Country Sourdough, Wholewheat Sourdough, Cookies, Pizza Base & Burger Buns
ORDER BEFORE 3 PM FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY

For Sourdoughs with inclusions
ORDER BEFORE 5 PM FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY

For Cheesecakes and Special Breads
ORDER BEFORE 3 PM FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY

For Tea Cakes, Pound Cakes, Muffins & Brownies
ORDER BEFORE 12 NOON FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY

We don't bake hundreds of loaves, put them on a shelf and sell them over the next few days, while being blissfully aware of the fact they won't spoil, because we have added a generous dose of calcium propionate (the most commonly used chemical preservative). No sir, we don't do that.

We bake fresh, on order, and we don't rush our baking. And because we know that our breads are not required to sit in the back of a truck for 2 days and then on the shelf of the retailer for another 2, before it is consumed, we don't need to add any nasty stuff to make them last for 10 days.
